Project Description: Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale is a multi use facility combining cruise ship usage along with the parking needs of the Broward County Convention Center.

There are two main garages along with two outdoor lots. Over seven thousand spaces are under control along with over twenty-nine lanes of automated equipment using the latest technology.

Project Description: The shops at bayside are located next to the American Airlines Areana on the water on Biscayne Blvd. in Miami.

Project Description: 999 Brickell Ave, Was an existing building that received a complete refurbishment.

On this site state of the art technology was used including AVI and our auto-read system employing credit card technology in an unmanned environment.

Project Description: Four Seasons, Located on Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s financial district. This Multi use facility required the proper handling of several types of clients including office personnel, hotel guests, health club patrons, retail customers and owners of luxury apartments.

Special use of equipment involved an AVI system attached to credit cards for automatic deduction of monthly charges. Revenue control was originally installed in 2004 and updated thereafter.

Project Description: This is a “sole source” city wide installation involving numerous garages over the years. The first installation began in 1996 and today comprises 6 existing garages with three more scheduled for completion in the next year (2009).

Originally using magnetic stripe encoded tickets with exit cashiering the City has now committed itself to using multiple pay on foots (APS) in a mostly unattended environment.
